RUN A DEAL

By running a deal with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully to ensure a clear understanding of our mutual obligations.

 

Intellectual Property Rights Guarantee

You guarantee us that you own all necessary rights to enter into this agreement and offer the deal through our company. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims by third parties related to intellectual property rights infringement or any other legal claim arising from the performance of this deal in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Provision of Assets

You are responsible for providing all necessary assets to effectively run the deal. This includes, but is not limited to, product information, artwork, logos, videos, and audio demos. You grant us the right to use these assets for the purpose of promoting the deal.

Exclusivity

During the promotional period (2 or 4 weeks), you agree to offer the promotion exclusively through our platform. This exclusivity is vital for the success of the promotion and must be strictly adhered to.

Product Provision for Testing

Prior to the launch of the promotional period, we may ask you to provide a copy of the product for testing, troubleshooting, and promotional purposes. This is to ensure the highest quality and functionality of the product being offered.

Revenue Share

Upon the conclusion of the deal, you will receive 70% of the gross sales, after deducting a transaction fee of 5%. This revenue share agreement is designed to ensure a fair distribution of profits from the sales generated.

Payment Terms

We commit to remitting your share of the sales revenue within 7 days following the end of the promotional period. Payments will be made via PayPal, ensuring a swift and secure transfer of funds. A sales report will sent within 48h after the end of the deals.

Customer Support

You agree to provide technical support and address any customer service requests related to the product sales through our website. It is essential that support is provided in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
