Sorry, but we cannot offer support for free download products, you would need to contact the product developer for support.

I CANNOT EXTRACT COMPRESSED FILES. WHAT CAN I DO?

If you`re having problems while trying to extract compressed files, please try again using Keka, Unarchiver or iZip for Mac computers and iZip or 7-ZIp for Windows computers. All these options are free download.

DO I HAVE TO PAT VAT?

Our prices are always "Excluding VAT", VAT will be added on top of your order at the end of the process. As we`re based within European Union (EU), only customers based in EU have to pay VAT. Customers outside EU do not have to pay VAT.

WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASE?

We de not host any download on The Sound Ape, instead we send you a promotional code and instructions that you have to use on the developer's website in order to redeem your download at no cost.

CAN I ONLY PAY A SMALL DEPOSIT TO GET THE DEAL?

Sure, you can pay only a small deposit (25%) to get the deal before it expires and pay the remaining amount within 30 days. You will receive download links only after paying the whole price.

CAN I PAY IN 3 INTEREST-FREE PAYMENTS?

Sure, If you`re using Paypal, it allows you divide your order payment into three interest-free payments for up to two months. Usually, first payment is made when you make the purchase and the remaining 2 payments after 30 and 60 days respectively.
