If you`re having problems while trying to extract compressed files, please try again using Keka, Unarchiver or iZip for Mac computers and iZip or 7-ZIp for Windows computers. All these options are free download.
Our prices are always "Excluding VAT", VAT will be added on top of your order at the end of the process. As we`re based within European Union (EU), only customers based in EU have to pay VAT. Customers outside EU do not have to pay VAT.
We de not host any download on The Sound Ape, instead we send you a promotional code and instructions that you have to use on the developer's website in order to redeem your download at no cost.
Sure, you can pay only a small deposit (25%) to get the deal before it expires and pay the remaining amount within 30 days. You will receive download links only after paying the whole price.
Sure, If you`re using Paypal, it allows you divide your order payment into three interest-free payments for up to two months. Usually, first payment is made when you make the purchase and the remaining 2 payments after 30 and 60 days respectively.
